By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Overview

One Last Song is a platform for submitting and voting on AI-generated music in tournament-style competitions.

These Terms govern your use of the platform and all related features.

2. Eligibility

To use One Last Song, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage

4. Points & Virtual Currency

The platform uses a points system.

  • Points are earned through participation (e.g. voting, winning)
  • Points are spent to submit tracks

Points:

  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Are non-refundable (including submission costs)

We may adjust point values or mechanics at any time.

5. Submissions

By submitting a track, you confirm that:

  • The track is AI-generated
  • You have the right to use and submit the content
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

You retain ownership of your content, but grant One Last Song a license to:

  • Display your track on the platform
  • Use it in connection with tournaments and promotion

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Is illegal, harmful, or abusive
  • Violates our Community Guidelines or AI Music Policy

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

7. Voting & Fair Use

To maintain fairness:

  • Users may only vote once per matchup
  • Users may not vote for their own entries
  • Attempts to manipulate voting (including multiple accounts or automation) are prohibited

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against suspicious activity.

8. Masked Artist Mode

Masked Artist mode allows users to submit content anonymously during active tournaments.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reveal or expose masked identities
  • Misuse the feature to deceive or manipulate others

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Violate platform policies
  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour

Termination may result in:

  • Loss of points
  • Removal of content
  • Account suspension or deletion

10. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access
  • That the platform will be error-free

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • One Last Song is provided “as is”
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
